Temporary Employees - provide flexible staffing during peak periods, vacations/holidays, short-term projects and one-time-only jobs. Employee will be added to our payroll.
Temp-To-Hire - Try before you buy. Assess an employee at your location to see if he/she has the skills and work ethic to fit into your organization before making an offer of employment, This increase hiring success. Employee will be added to our payroll.

High Volume Recruiting (Construction Only)- For high turnover positions – employee will be placed on participants payroll– Employee is enrolled into our retention program and will be assigned a life coach/mentor. This program is new and has been put in place to help employers with retention issues. Services will include the following: $50 per person... Baseline fit test Weekly Signed safety checks scheduling drug screenings 2 interview Levels All onboarding paperwork
